These were the toughest carrots I have ever purchased! I cooked them in soup for 3 hrs, microwaved them for an additional 4 mns, still couldn't cut them with a knife! At the risk of chipping a tooth I tasted one, it tasted moldy! Don't buy these carrots!

I didnt realize these were organic until I got home, and I was surprised because I think for the price, it is very fair. They are nice and moist. I've had them in my fridge for a few days now and they still havent dried out at all. These make a great snack and I like to cut them up into small pieces to mix into my dog's food for her. Great for me and great for the pup!
