This is an excellent product! My grandfather has seen a difference in his skin and nails since I gave him these pills. He saved time by not having to prepare bone broth dinners. He'll keep taking these medicines.

I've experimented with a half-dozen collagen powders. They don't disintegrate, and the flavor lingers the next day. These capsules appear to help with my hair and nails, and they are simple to swallow - at least for me. I'd like to obtain a bigger dose of collagen, but none of the powders I've tried have worked for me. As a result, these are a good option for me.
