These up & up organic cotton balls (green packaging) used to be fluffy, soft & luxurious. They were the happy, fluffy part of my mornings. I was a fanatic for many years, I would only purchase up & up brand organic cotton balls, nothing else would do. The "same" ones I just purchased are dense & scratchy (lavender packaging). I'm so sad. I'll be on a new quest to find fluffy & luxurious cotton balls.

The texture is so much worse than the organic cotton balls that Target used to have. These feel like the cheapest crunchy cotton balls. I can’t use these. The new “better quality” up&up products are a complete joke- what a huge disappointment.

These cotton balls used to come in green packaging and they were extremely soft. Now they come in a purple/pink package and they are hard and stiff. I still use them but I am VERY, VERY, DISAPPOINTED in how they change the product WITHOUT alerting the customers! DO BETTER TARGET! Or you will lose customers!

Such a disappointment — these used to be the softest most luxurious cotton, but now they are scratchy and rough in texture. Just buy regular cotton balls!

As others have said, these used to be my go to cotton balls. They were larger and much softer when in the old packaging. I don’t understand how a change in the package means you have to change the product itself. These are smaller and harder, actually feels scratchy on my skin. Really disappointed in these!!

These used to be my go-to, and now they are terrible. Smaller in size and stiff cotton. I had them shipped to me and seriously might return them. Why did they have to change these? Guess I’ll look for large SOFT organic cotton balls elsewhere!

I've been buying these cotton balls for years and they were large and super soft. This last bag has new packaging and the cotton balls are really hard, compact, tight, and not absorbant.

These organic cotton balls used to be great, when they were in the older, green packaging. But since the new, purple packaging (and recent inflation?), these cotton balls are noticeably smaller. We still want organic cotton balls, just wish Target Up&Up would go back to the LARGER SIZE!
