Organic Tandoori Paste A thick paste of ground spices used to marinate meat, fish, paneer (Indian Cheese) or vegetables before baking or grilling. Rani's unique blend is specially made to replicate traditional Indian Tandoori cooking. Rani Brand products bring the fines products fresh from the farms of India.

Tandoori Paste is very popular and used extensively with dishes as Tandoori Chicken in which the chicken is marinated with the Tandoori masala and plain yogurt before roasting it in a traditional tandoor at very high heat.
A charcoal fire is built in the tandoor and allowed to burn for several hours to heat the oven.
Meats cooked in the tandoor are marinated in yogurt and spices and threaded on long skewers that are placed vertically in the oven with one end resting in the ashes.
