My wife previously purchased store bought sulfur dioxide infused apricots. They are bright and colorfully orange. She thought these organic apricots were spoiled as they are dark like a fig. I showed her pictures of organic apricots vs sulfur dioxide apricots. She then tasted these and enjoyed them very much, as did I.

The best quality and flavor I have found in a very long time. I grew up surrounded by apricot trees and drying pallets in San Jose. I know good quality and flavor in apricots. Thanks, Swanson, for selling high quality products at a good price.
