This cheese is really good but I was just wondering if it was gluten free. It doesn’t say so on the packaging and it contains cellulose powder which can sometimes be made with wheat, although it isn’t common. So I was just wondering about that!

This cheese brand it so tasty. It taste fresher than the average brand and has more flavor it seems. It melts well too. I used it mostly for omelets and grilled cheese sandwiches. Perfect.

I received Organic Valley Shredded Cheese (3 Cheese Mexican) as a sample from Pinchme. This cheese was full of flavor and tasted fresh. It melted very well in my tacos and was not too salty. I like that the texture was not waxy like other cheeses Overall, great cheese.
