Q: Does this bread have added folic acid? I don't want that in my bread. Most people are not pregnant and don't need it. It should not be added without our permisson!

While I love all kinds of healthy breads, I was apprehensive about this one, but after trying it, I was impressed by how much it was like other wheat breads, but just with double the fiber (6 grams per slice!). It has a nice fluffiness and chew and is on the smoother side of wheat breads (no chunks of grains and seeds, which I also enjoy). It has become my go-to bread and I eat at least one slice a day with a simple nut butter and it helps to meet about 1/4 of my daily fiber goal.
