If the cork is stuck in the corkscrew of the Oster® 4-in-1 Wine Bottle Opener and you’re unable to get it out, you can follow these steps to safely remove the cork: 1. Turn Off the Opener Ensure the wine opener is turned off before attempting to handle the cork manually. 2. Try Gently Pulling the Cork Hold the wine opener firmly with one hand. With your other hand, gently tug on the cork to see if you can remove it from the corkscrew. If it's tightly stuck, be careful not to apply excessive force, as this might damage the corkscrew. 3. Use the Reversal Function If the cork doesn’t come out manually, turn the opener back on and press the reverse button to reverse the corkscrew. This should help to loosen and release the cork from the screw. Allow the corkscrew to move in the opposite direction and try again.
