OtterBox Apple iPhone 15/iPhone 14/iPhone 13 Symmetry Series Sleek Grip Case for MagSafe

I’ve only used it a month and it’s already broken. Unfortunately I bought two and grip never retracted properly on either of them and then one side broke on the one I was using. I am very easy on phone cases and had a Loopy case for almost 2 years so it wasn’t due to abuse or rough use. I wanted a case with a retractable grip so I could use on a charging pad but unfortunately this is not a good option.

Pop socket is already Broken within a week of using case

I purchased this case for the loop holder on the back and because it was supposed to work with the flat lay charger. I’ve had it for a couple weeks now and the loop is loose and it doesn’t charge my phone when laying on the flat charger. So disappointing.

Very attractive and unusual -looking case for someone who wants something outside the norm of Otterbox cases

Poor quality for the price, cheaply made, not nearly as good as other products I have bought.

Case is fine but the handle is not sturdy. I’ve had two and issue is persistent.

Would rate this 0 stars if that was an option. The back of the case broke within a month of having it. I was unable to return it as it was 2 days past the return window. Extremely disappointed considering this case is one of the most expensive you can find.

The case is sturdy in general and I can use it with mag safe charger. The catch is that with light use the pop out handle has broken for the second time. It’s just not sturdy enough. I’d hoped it could be used to prop the device and that never worked. I can’t recommend this case for that reason.

Back of the case is ripping and will eventually completely break off - disappointed in this case especially cause it’s not cheap

Just had the "holder" at the back rip off (one side). Seriously? This wasn't a dollar store phone case...

Finger grip strap ripped out after roughly 5 months of regular use. Not sure how this product got through any kind of development testing since this is such a common problem and they break so quickly. Absolutely should have been discovered and sorted well before production. Given how great Otterbox has been in the past, this one is a serious disappointment given how expensive it is.

I really liked this case at first. I’ve had it about 6 months and the button straps have now snapped on one side. You can’t really “fix” it either so now I have to buy an all new case.

Didn’t like the pop socket in back. Love otter for the great durability. I’ve bought one in store and had it for years, with pop socket. I ordered this one for the color and was disappointed with the pop socket.

I wish I would have read the reviews before buying. I loved it at first, easier to hold than the pop up things, but it broke in about a month. Very sad day.

I purchased this product when I upgraded to the iPhone 15. Previously I had the Pop-Socket version, and loved it. Pop-Socket was not available. The handle on back is held on by two thin plastic straps. The straps began tearing at the end almost immediately. Then, I tried to stop using the handle as much as possible to slow down the process. It broke within three months. Not using it slowed the process, but couldn't prevent it from breaking. I was worried this would happen as soon as I received the case. I was excited about the flat back, but not being able to use the handle defeats the purpose entirely. Please bring back the pop socket design.

Grip broke in a couple of months. The rest of the case is fine, but the grip is the whole point of the thing.

I love the case! It looks great and has done a good job of protecting my phone (NB: I use a screen protector with it, too). On the downside, the popsocket part is no longer working -- my 7 year old daughter somehow bent one of the straps, so now it's really hard to open/close.

Let me start off and say I like this concept. I do like that the grip is in the case and you can MagSafe charge. Once you start to use the OtterGrip it becomes hard to put the grip back into the case, so you start to not use the grip. This is where I am now, it is so hard to put it back into the case. I am at the point now to put my Pop Socket on this case, which defeats the purpose of this case.
