The previous "pop out finger grip" design was superior to this current one, which is just garbage. It doesn't come close to providing the same functionality as the previous "pop out" design. This design's pop out finger grip is flimsy, always bent, won't stay open on its own, you can't stand it on it's edge so you can see your screen hands-free, etc. I'd get a refund if I could. Bring back the previous design!

The case is beautiful and will definitely protect my phone well. However the “kickstand” doesn’t work. It collapses under the weight of the phone. This was something I wanted in my case, so I’m disappointed.

I don’t love this case and I really miss the old pop socket cases. You can’t use the grip to prop up the phone and the little tab that connects the grip to the phone has already come out twice and I’ve had to put it back in. I usually love Otterbox but I feel like this case was not made very well.

I wanted to like this product. It did well for me for about 4 months. Then today the finger holder part broke and now I can’t hold it by that little finger hold anymore. I’m so sad. This product wasn’t cheap.

My case has already broken. I didn’t realize when I purchased this that it would not be like the pop socket one I had in the past. I’ve only had this one a couple of months and the strap through the pop socket has broken.

I wish I saw all the bad reviews before buying. Now out of return window. So have to pay for warranty. I am sure the "ottergrip" thing will just break again. That is what all are saying is the only negative and I agree. The case in the symmetry series is great for protection, which is why I went with this case. I thought the Ottergrip would be nice BUT now greatly greatly regret that decision

The case portion is built well enough, however the pull tab/holder on the back gave out after about 3-4 months of use. It’s a great idea, but the longevity just isn’t there yet.

Pass on this one! Sadly I purchased (and have since returned) this case.o The grip felt cheap and never did fit back into the phone case after 1 week of use! I had a iPhone 12 case with a similar grip and it was wonderful! However someone changed the design and totally blew it. It's a shame because the other grip was fantastic!
