I have always used OtterBox for my Iphones. So getting one for my new IPhone 16 was a no brainer. However I did not realize that for the 16 there was no longer a plastic screen protector. I liked having my phone totally encased. Also I do not like the cutout for the camera button on the right side. It is too big and leaves a portion of the IPhone exposed. With my luck I will drop my phone on that exact spot. Also there is no protection for camera lens. If you want total protection I wound not recommend this case.

Up to expected standards. The box case is the best, toughest case around. It’s the only case I’ve used for about 15 years. I once drove over my phone with a forklift by accident. The inner plastic shell cracked, but the phone was completely unscathed.

The case itself seems strong and very durable. However, the design of this case did not protect my phone when it fell off my counter. Even with the added protection of a screen protector, the glass cracked. I have had several different Otter cases over the years and have never had any damage to my iPhones. This was a first. I am extremely disappointed with this and would not recommend this case to others.

Horrible design. The area by the new photo button is not protected at all & the screen protector cracked within a month of having this case (I did NOT drop my phone nor drop anything on my phone). I've been a long time customer & have never had a problem until this design.

We love genuine otter box cases. They are high quality and keep your phone safe. Wish they had better choice options. I don’t like the color pink but it was the brightest color for me to find.

This case is not expensive and worth every penny no need to worry if phone is dropped on the ground or water had spilled on it the case is sealed tight also if case starts to wear they provide a life time warranty as long as you register case when you buy if you love you phone I would recommend only thing is phone will be a little bigger with the case but worth it Otterbox is great

This case appears to be made extra safe for protecting my grandsons new iPhone. It has a double case and will hopefully withstand any falls in the future. We also purchased glass protector for added protection.

This is my third Otter Box Defender dating back almost 15 years. I have come to enjoy its protection for my phone. I’m not inclined to drop it but when it does slip I can depend on the quality of my Defender. I chose a color to match my phone’s new color. Unlike prior models, there is no protective covering on the screen. I guess I’m trusting the folks at Apple to have me protected there. I love the solid protection of the case and its layers.
