I've had the Otterbox defenders since my iPhone 5C, have never had an issue with the case. Until now. This is the second one that I have been through in 1.5 years because first what happens is the plastic "frame" breaks after it's been dropped from pocket height. Which I would just expect better. Then what happens is the screen protector will break after a while. It's just a shame that these products are so poorly made these days. Now I'm trying to decide if I even try another Otterbox or go for another brand. Do Better Otterbox.

Long story short; This Otterbox order was for a new phone I bought to replace my old phone, which was still working despite being beat up and run over on the interstate. I owe its survival to Otterbox. Although it survived, I still needed to replace it because tiny shards of glass were getting stuck in my fingers. If you value your phone, getting an Otterbox case should be part of the whole package.

I bought a new phone and T Mobile didn’t have much for protection so I had to order the Otter Box. . I use my phone to navigate trails in the mountains on horseback. It was such a relief to have my phone adequately protected with the Otter Box

This is my second Otterbox Defender. I bought one 4 or 5 years ago for my IPhone 6S, and it outlasted the phone. I must have dropped that phone a million times in the 4 or 5 years I had it and the phone remained perfect! These cases are perfect!!! Love my Otterbox Defender Pro! I have been a lifelong otter box fan, until now. Otter box development team has lost their creativity and customer focus with the new cases. Despite raising to customer service At the time no where did it state the case was screenless— what’s the point of screenless other than to charge more to get a glass screen at an additional fee which Just isn’t the same Hopefully they get back to their roots and make legit drop proof waterproof chargeable cases—but maybe I’m simply living in the past.

When I buy an otter usually there is a cover protector, this one doesn’t have one so I feel like it’s not going to fully protect my phone.

Ive had a Otter Box case since the very first iPhone purchase. All were a beautiful fit and worked as they should have, however this one is a bit on the tight side and taking it out of the holster can be a bit difficult. Being the only issue I would still highly recommend your products to friends.

Been using Otterbox cellphone cases since I have had a smartphone and have always been a satisfied customer. This iphone 11 pro case is durable. As always, I appreciate the rubber shell to make it easier to grip and not worry about the phone slipping from my hand. I had to buy a screen protector separately since no other iphone 11pro cellphone case option with screen protector included.
