Phone case very reliable, I dropped my phone and I was happy that I invested in the case... it's already paying for itself.

I've been using these cases for years. They have never let me down and saved me tons of cash on repairs and replacements. I work outside as a construction contractor and my phone truly takes a beating, no matter how hard I try to take care of them

The new Defender seems to be designed for left handed use. I had a Defender on my S20 and it was perfect. The S22+, for right hand use, puts the phone in backwards. Very disappointed in the new design. I will most likely find a different cover to use.

My Otterbox fits and works perfectly on my S22+. I can't provide much feedback on the clip that came with it as I don't use it. I'm happy with the product overall.

The belt clip is horrible , i wish lifeproof had a design

I love this case that works with the belt holster to carry my phone without dropping it.

Overall, the case protects my 22+ and does a great job of providing 360 protection ( with the raised edges) of my screen and camera. One thing that does slightly disappoint me is that the rubber slipcover seems to loosen over time. It has only been one month since I bought this case and I have noticed that the rubber slipcover near the back camera seems to be starting to stretch (near the left side of the back camera). Now, dust tends to gather more easily there. It's not a big problem as I guess it comes from the natural wear and use of the case, but I hope they can improve this case in the future! I would still highly recommend this case as it still gives me peace of mind and confidence if I ever do drop my phone.

My husband and I have been Defender series fans for years because the belt clip keeps our hands free without the need to put a bulky phone/case in our pocket. The case itself keeps the phone safe/secure in the event of a drop, and the clip keep the phone within easy reach and access at all times. At least until Samsung decided to move the power button on the S22+ to the center of the side, where the belt clip was normally attached to the case. Now, OtterBox has to offset that clip attachment to the right or left of the button and I believe they chose the wrong side to put it on. :( Does the case provide protection? Does the belt clip keep the phone secure? Absolutely! My only issue is the design for the S22+ as compared to the previous Galaxy case designs. Now, I have to store the phone "upside down" in the clip, or use the clip upside down because the case will only go into the clip one way now! Can you not make a version of the belt clip that is offset on the other side of the power button for the right-handed users? Can we not have the option of which way we want to carry the phone in the belt clip? This is the ONLY flaw I can find and I have worn out several other Defender Series cases and clips over the years and really do like the security from their cases. Please fix this for your loyal users!

I love that this case isn't just a simple slip-on cover. It's sturdy, with your phone sandwiched between layers for extra protection. The raised edges protect the screen when I drop it, and I take comfort knowing I don't have to worry about my phone popping out of the case.

Bought this for S22 Ultra and it fits great. Inner case fits tight and outer rubber fits just as good over it. Buttons work no issue. Works well with optional screen protector. My only issue not enough color options. Hopefully that will change soon. I try to avoid black because it blends in to equipment making it hard to find at work sometimes. So out of the two colors I went with the gray that in person is more of a baby blue.

Good Case for protection but holster is a miss for me as well as other have reviewed. If you guys end up fixing this issue and upgrading this case, i would definitely be interested in getting one ... Due to the button placement and how the phone clips on the holster i have to rotate it a certain way to clip it in properly... whether the screen side or back side is facing the inside of the holster it only fits in one way and if you try to rotate the phone (not flip) it hits the power button and doesnt clip in properly. As a construction worker I'm always busy hands on and on the go so it isn't convenient to sit there and juggle the phone around while trying to get back to work... case is still super good quality just inconvenient.

I've been using the Defender series for quite some time now and it's my favorite case on the market! There are no other cases that protect as well and that have the rubber on the outside so it's soft and not hard to touch. I have had a Defender and a screen protector on my S9+ since 2018 and have dropped it on concrete many times and my phone looks brand new still, not 1 single scratch! Hard to beat!

It'd be nice if i could put my phone in the holster more than one way. Due to the button placement and how the phone clip on the holster i have to flip my phone the opposite way to fit it in the holster. Not a deal breaker, the case itself still works fine, but still wish i could orient the device like previous holsters.

The belt clip can only go on the phone case one way. If you put it on the other way, then the piece that holds the belt clip to the phone case is actually pushing against the power button and the phone can fall out.
