I love my new Otter case! I had cut corners and bought a cheaper case. That case was NOTHING like an Otter case. My glass cracked the first time I dropped it. I will ONLY buy Otter cases from this day forward! My phone is so protected when it has an OTTER case!

Most of this case is absolutely SPECTACULAR, however...they used to have SCREEN shields on the FRONT GLASS on the defenders but now even the defender pros dont even have it, you have to purchase that SEPARATELY 😠

Other than my one very annoying issue, it is a great case. The issue I have is the volume buttons. They do not work properly, and I haven't the foggiest reason as to why.

Had the defender box on my old LG phone. Screen protector was great. I carry my phone for work and actually worn the edges down smooth over the years, never had a problem with it. This new defender box for my Samsung is not protecting my screen from pocket wear and its only 7 months old now and the tab that protects the changing port just broke off from flexing from opening and closing. My old one lasted 5 years. Here looking for a new case, may go else where because otter box doesn't offer a built screen guard. Bad decision.

Since my first BlackBerry, to my Galaxy S2, S4, S7, S9, S10e and now my S22 I've always had an Otterbox Defender ready for when I received my phone. It is in the from day one! I've dropped my phones several times and by the day I took it out, it was in the same condition as the day I put it in. I will always use and recommend Otterbox. Great quality cases. Great customer service and amazing warranty. Hands down the best cases out there.

I love having colors in the defender series other than black so that i can find the case easier. I purchased the teal color and it is great. Of course, i would havs loved to have had more choices in the colors so that i could have matched my favorite college team.

I just recently purchased the galaxy s22 and i know by using the otterbox defender, my phone is protected. I always used the defender in the past so i know how good it is. I wouldn't use anything else.

This is my second otter box. I purchased one 5 years ago for my Samsung S8. When I turned in the phone it was in perfect shape despite multiple dropping events over the past 5 years. As soon as my Samsung S22 was ordered, I ordered the otter box that fits the phone. I didn't activate the phone until it was in its otter box.

Even though I paid for overnight shipping, it took a whole week to arrive. I'm not a big fan of the holder either, as it uses a pressure system to hold the cellphone to your waist; if you attach it incorrectly, it'll easily fall off. The case itself is very sturdy and looks nice, though I'm trying to think of ways to cover the camera lengths when I'm not using them.
