We previously had one of these for an S8 and it was great. However, the one we got for out S20+ has a significant design flaw that makes it hard to use. The clip on holster will only go onto the phone case from the right. If one tries to put the holster over the phone from the left the clip clips onto the middle phone push button switch activating the phone and also just about tears the button off when removing the holster. This is unlike the S8 holster which could go onto the phone case either way. This is a big disadvantage plus I almost damaged my phone several times.

I have been using otter box. Everytime I change my phone, my otterbox is going for a change too. I love my otter box cases. Durable, nice grip on my hand and phone. With this case, I never had a phone screen crack unless a direct punch to the screen. Definitely recommend to a friend

Unmatched drop protection for your phone. Perfect fit to my S20. Looks and feels great in use. Buttons have easy nice feel. Wish it came with the screen cover that is sold separately.

I am totally happy with my defender cade. A little disappointed I couldn't get it in orange & camel. But really satisfied with the one I have, it is a good looking case. Maybe down the line you will have a orange one with camel.

first time otter boxer but the case is pretty good & sturdy i don't even stress a drop. The holder did snap in half while getting in the car s20 plus is kinda big. I just adjusted from a horizontal to vertical position. The was quick to replace i paid shipping for new case thats it. I happy with the case & the service.

I normally prefer a case that has the built-in screen protector. Read the reviews so I was aware this one would not have one. The case is still good looking durable and easy to take the phone in and out of.

I have done many hard jobs including roofing and digging holes in rock hard solid ground. This case I trut more than any to provide the kind of protection I need. I just wish Otterbox would come up with a defenders series case along with an extended battery.
