I wish that the screen flap would have a better magnetization to the back of the case when. It just flaps around most of the time. Overall really enjoy it.

Incorrect description. When i purchased, it stated for all 4 iPads but it did not fit.

Case already broke where you store your Apple Pencil, not impressed

I had the early version of this case (2019 I think) and it held up brilliantly. The first version had a second “flap” that would wrap the pencil and secure with a magnet. It worked quite well. This new version slides in and out and constantly in lips and falls off. Redesign failure. The remainder of the case is the same design and meets the typical high quality Otterbox criteria. Bummer about the pencil holder design.

Great case, but pencil is exposed. I don't like that. I wish the pencil was covered. Even though it's magnetic, I'm afraid of losing it.

The pencil holder broke off within the first week!

Great product.. Both quality and features are top of the line..

I have purchased two of these and both pencil drawers broke. The first broke after a couple of month and the second broke after a few weeks. We have purchased many OtterBox iPhone cases and have been happy with them but the quality on this iPad case is not up to par. I would not recommend.

It’s a good cover/case but not as good as the previous version. The pencil holder on this one is not as good and prone to falling out/failure. Very pricey as well.

It is such a stylish and protecting case. I love it!

Very disappointed in this purchase. I’ve only had it about two weeks and already the part that holds the pencil on has broken off and does not stay attached. I have always had the fender cases for my other phones and iPads, and have been extremely pleased but this symmetry series is not worth the money.

Fits perfectly, looks great and provides good protection. Only issue is that the cover seems a little looser and too flexible in the hinge area than older models.

A sturdy case, well designed. Apple Pencil holder works perfectly. However, case falls over very easily making it frustrating in stand mode. I cannot recommend this case.

I really want to love this case but the pencil holder is not well-designed. It is very easy to dislodge and now is broken completely.

The overall aesthetic is nice, but it certainly is not as durable as anticipated. I used this case for a few months but the compartment for pen came of track. Without the pen holder this case loses the functionality component that sets it apart from others. If you’re looking for a sleek case with a pen holder, I do not recommend this case because the construction of the pen compartment is lacking.

I have had the new iPad and its Otterbox case for about a month. The case itself is well constructed, good looking and seems to protect the iPad well. The Apple Pencil holder tray is a great concept but is held on by small magnets which are not strong enough to prevent the pencil holder from frequently becoming unseated or falling off when bumped even lightly in the open position. This is a annoying although the pencil holder is easily placed back in position.

In less than a year the edges started separating and now it is hardly the case I purchased. High price for a piece of junk. Very disappointing.

Liked the light weight….and the pencil storage and charging feature. However, the stand fails routinely. I loved the pencil holder and charging capability. HOWEVER, the pencil holder has fallen off and impossible to reattach it. I see that this seems to be a a complaint by many other users. There is obviously a design flaw that needs to be corrected. Is there a new version available that solves this issue?
