Let me start by saying. Otterboxes have been protecting and will continue to protect my phones for the rest of my life. However. When purchasing my new Note 20. I ordered an Otterboxe immediately. When I received it I realize the whole case is textured. The back, and front edges are textured. The outer edge that is typically a silicone, grip material. Is very hard, and textured. Making the phone very slippery. While I love my new case. I'm not sure where they decided to go with this case. I've even had to purchase another with the pop as it will be a little easier to hold.

Got this a week ago, love the case it self but, they have the same colors every new launch. I would they would have more color options like they do iPhone. Saw this beautiful orange case on here, turns out it was only made for iphones. SUCKS! Please bring more color options or atleast bring back customizing that way we can pick our own color for a couple of extra dollars.... case good but no color options unfortunately. Makes me dont want to shop here again..

I bought this because I have 2 little kids who love to throw my phone. I love this case because it provides the perfect amount of protection without it being too bulky. My kids have tossed my phone on the floor 3 times already and it doesn't have a scratch.

I purchased this case for my Note20 as I have purchased from Otterbox for my previous Samsung phones. The case fits the Samsung Note 20 and has a good look. The back of the case is not as smooth as my previous case but it does what it needs for protetion
