I love how this books creates exciting, approachable recipes from many “back of the cabinet” ingredients. I was only a bit disappointed that there’s much more diary in this book than in previous Ottolenghi books, making it a bit more difficult to turn the recipes into solid vegan meals. This book would make a great gift! I've received a free copy from Clarkson Potter in exchange for a free and unbiased review.
