Q: Hi, is the food starch just corn or blend of other starches, like tapioca, potato, wheat?
A: Hi Klover! Food starch is usually derived from corn or wheat, though other plant sources have been used (e.g., potato, rice, tapioca). To improve the functionality of food starches, they are often modified by treating them with heat, acid, enzymes, or bleaching agents. I hope this helps!

Q: Can you specify which "cultures" are in this yogurt? Thanks!
A: Hello! The cultures added to our yogurt products are lactobacillus bulgaricus and streptococcus thermophilus. Yogurt cultures are added to the milk blend after pasteurization, and are part of the fermentation process. This allows the cultures to remain alive to provide important health benefits. Yoplait also adds lactobacillus acidophilus to all of its products except Yoplait Greek and Yoplait Kids. These products contain lactobacillus bulgaricus and streptococcus thermophiles. Hope this helps!

Q: The label used to say "modified tapioca starch", but recently it's changed to "modified food starch"... What is the source of the starch? Hoping it's not corn like everyone else...
A: Thank you for your question. The Oui by Yoplait Dairy-Free Strawberry - 5oz. – Upc: 70470158327 does contain Modified Corn Starch.
