Q: How do you remove the clothes? Seems a big hard and like the clothes are sewed to the doll

Q: Can Sidney Lees hair come down and be styled?

Q: Hi I wanted to buy Lisa with the rollerskates but saw on the reviews that she is Hispanic - what color is her face and why is the face covered?
A: Hi R G. The Our Generation Lisa doll on the Target site offers a few photos. One photo shows her wearing the sunglasses she comes with and the other photos shows her face without any covering. She is a Caucasian doll that offers brown eyes and brown/blonde hair. The Battat Team

Q: How do you get her knees to bend? Her arms dont bend either. Seems like a normal doll with stiff appendages.
A: Hi taxadvisor. The Deluxe dolls have arms and legs that are made from softer plastic than the regular OG dolls. They are made to bend at the knee and elbow. When new they may be stiff, but with continued play, they will become more malleable. The Battat Team

Q: I have seen Sydney Lee before in stores and she looked different. Have the manufacturers changed her face mold?
A: Hi Olivia - We are excited to tell you that we have recently introduced a new face mold for many of the Our Generation Regular and Deluxe dolls. As the new design is launching at Target, there is still some inventory of the old design being sold.
