Bloomy Blossom Floral Jacket & Skirt Outfit is a winner. The skirt is very pretty and shiny. The top is cute and the jacket is adorable. The outfit is cute with or without the jacket. The only problem is the shoes are too small. They were difficult to get on Tanisha but I persevered and stuffed them on.

beautiful outfit but it does feel cheap. It needs to be sown better so it one thread tears, the whole thing doesn’t come undone. Skirt is plastic but it’s cute. wish it has fabric or a double layer. nope. Single plastic skirt.
