Q: Hi, are there any other battery compartments other than the one near the foot break? The string lights on my camper don’t turn on anymore. I changed the main batteries and wondering if the lights run on a different battery

A: Hi LoveOrganic. There is only the one battery compartment on the Country Cruisin RV. Please make sure to change the batteries with all new Brand Name alkaline batteries (in the correct polarity). Once changed, make sure that the switch is firmly in the ON/Play position for all of the functions to work. The Battat Team

A: Hi Molly. Please make sure to change the switch from the Try Me/Off mode to the Play mode for all the sounds and functions to work. The battery compartment and switch are on the inside of the truck near the brake pedal. Thank you. The Battat Team

Q: I recently purchased this item. The windshield wipers do NOT work - no noise and no movement. The button is switched to "on" and not the "try me" option. There is no tape adhered to the van.

I gave my granddaughters the RV yesterday, they love it. Truly, a fun imaginative toy to play with for both of them equally. Everything worked flawlessly after I figured out how to turn the power on from the dashboard. I was a little confused about the batteries, but I realize that they must be already installed. After I flipped the switch, everything worked great The girls had a lot of fun. I know that they will continue to play and enjoy their new RV.

The RV camper is a cute idea, but when my daughter got it home, it was missing the 55 accessories! I emailed the manufacturer and they never got back to me. Hoping to return it to the store :( Be sure to check inside and see if things are in there. It’s a little hard to do at the store though.

Hi Shannon - Thank you for sharing your experience. We think we have a quick fix for you! There is a switch on the bottom of the Our Generation Camper Vehicle playset. It needs to be at the "On" position for the wipers to work. If it is set to "Try Me", not all features will work. This is designed to save on battery power while the toys are on the store shelves. As much as I paid for this the wipers don’t work and the drawer is so stuck. You can’t even use it. Even after getting it unstuck it still sticks.

I was planning on buying it for my 5yr old Granddaughter for Christmas but u really had to look it over.They had 3 left in the Saginaw, Mich store & each 1 on at least to of the plastic windows had deep scratches on them I no its only a toy.but paying over a 100.00 is not worth having scratches on it & also had other sm marks.I did not buy it

Gave this to my daughter last week for her 6th birthday and she hasn’t stopped playing with since then! She loves it. Has lots of fun accessories and ways to play. We figured out (it’s also in the instruction booklet) that you must turn the switch from “demo” to “on” to keep the buttons/noises working. The switch is down near the gas pedals. Love this camper!
