Q&A(5)

Q: Does the knob make all the hair shorter or only the braided portion?

submitted by WH803 - 6 months ago
  • A: Hi WH8. The center braids are the only parts of the hair that can be extended or retracted with the knob on the back of the doll. The Battat Team

Q: are the braids supposed to go all the way back in the head?

submitted by Momma712 - 9 months ago
  • A: Hi Momma712. The Phoebe Hair Play doll has a center braid that can be extended down the back or retracted into the head. It will not retract completely into the head and the braid will still go down the back. Please make sure that you have the hair in a braid before retracting it. The Battat Team

Q: How does the hair growing button work? Does it make braids shorter and longer?

submitted by NewMom - 3 years ago
  • A: Hello Newmom, The hair growing button on Pheobe, the Our Generation Hair Grow Doll must be pushed to release extra hair and the knob must be turned in order to reel the hair back in. Thank you. The Battat Team

Q: Can you replace the growing hair? i.e. add new hair in the future?

submitted by princess_dad - 5 years ago
  • A: Hi there. No, the hair cannot be replaced or new hair added to the Hair Grow dolls head. The hair is threaded through the scalp and then attached to the body of the doll. There is no way to open the doll to add new hair to the scalp. The Battat Team
