Q: Are the shoes supposed to be identical? I seem to have two left boots. I was just wondering if this is normal...
A: Hello. There should be a right and left side boot. Depending on when your set was produced there will be an L or R written on the inside. Also, if you put the bottom of the boots together, you should be able to see if they are the same or as a normal pair of shoes should be. Q: How do you undo and do up the necklace?
A: Hi Gilly. There is a latch on the end and you just need to twist the ball portion forward and it will click apart and open. The Battat Team
