Q: I bought this for my daughter and cannot figure out what the Bluetooth button does. I connected it to my phone, but then what? Also, the horn botton doesn't seem to do anything.

A: Hi Lynn. You can play music on the scooter by synching the Bluetooth from your phone. Please make sure that you have changed the switch from the OFF/Try me mode to the Play mode. The switch is located near the battery compartment. Thank you. The Battat Team

I ordered this scooter from the store as they said it was in stock. When I picked it up in a Target bag, it was missing the lid to the seat and the seat had trash in it. Also missing was the googles and the helmet was broken. To say the least I was very disappointed in how this was even put in a bag. When I went to return it, they charged me a restocking fee of 30%. I did not notice it until I got home and looked at the receipt. When I did go back it took almost 30 minutes for someone to figure out the restocking fee and stated it should have never happened. I am hoping this is not the future for Target.

Sounds and Bluetooth doesnt work after one day

Cute but within a two hours the Bluetooth feature started making a high pitched noise and any sounds that the scooter used to make are barely working. Hopefully I can exchange this and this one was just faulty.

This is such a great purchase! I bought it for my 10 year old for Christmas and she absolutely loved it! It’s so cute, she connects her iPad to this and Bluetooth speaker and it’s loud! The lights and sound make it even better. It’s sturdy and the accessories are adorable. I can’t emphasize how much we loved this for her American and Our generation dolls. BONUS is Target sells this cheaper than the Our Generation Doll website itself so it’s a win all around.

I almost didn't buy this based on the other reviews, but I'm so glad I did because my daughter absolutely loves it and it works great!! It does NOT fall over all the time like other reviews stated. It connects to Bluetooth for music and has lights and real life sounds too! It's a GREAT toy!! Definitely recommend buying this!! My daughter is using it with her American girl doll, for reference.

I bought this for my daughter yesterday. Her our generation dolls don’t stay on the scooter. The legs don’t bend and it simply falls off the seat. The seat also just lifts up as it doesn’t click down. The Velcro strap is designed to hold the doll on but the doll just falls straight off. My daughter is very disappointed. This wasn’t a cheap product so why doesn’t the our generation doll stay on the scooter

To our disappointment the Bluetooth function does not work, despite changing batteries. The lights and sounds work perfectly well, and the glasses for the dog are very cool.

My daughter loved this toy because of the Bluetooth. Unfortunately when it ran out of batteries and we put brand new ones in the only thing that would work is the headlights. No sound and the Bluetooth no longer works. Everything worked prior to this. It’s disappointing that a toy that costs so much doesn’t last longer than a year. We have the grill to go food truck, the sweet van, and the healthy paws vet clinic, and haven’t had any issues with these toys. Just a shame about the ride along scooter.

I am not one to write reviews...but this product was disappointing. We have an Our Generation doll and she does not stay on the scooter no matter how we maneuver her or the seatbelt strap. The helmet barely fits on the doll's head...but the strap will not latch because it is too short.
