I returned this new in package, never opened item by mail and was denied my return. Take pictures of anything you return by mail or Target will keep your money and item without cause.

My daughter purchased this but when she opened it, the box was empty. There should be a better way to prevent theft on these.

I really love this procduct because you never know what is inside but the 1 thing that should be inproved is on the website they tell you what is inside the surprise lunch box so that is one thing that should be inproved.
