My daughter bought me a 10. 5” skillet for Mother’s Day last year. I sat it on a shelf for everyone to see, for it was a beautiful light blue color with a gold knob. When I decided to use it, there was no going back! Every meal I once made in the past is 100% better!!! Thank you so much!!!

The cover has one side for straining, the other for closed cooking, and a third holds the beechwood spoon inside the pan, with the handle hole fitting perfectly on the bump on the pot handle. I really like it! Versatile.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a bonafide cheapskate, it goes against my fiber to pay this much for pans but I am SO glad I bit the bullet on these! They are superb! The non stick surface is fantastic and they conduct the heat beautifully. While I will always remain frugal, I am not afraid to make an exception for something so exceptional!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Too heavy, steamer doesn’t sit properly inside to actually steam anything (it sits too low and whatever is inside just boils instead of steams), takes forever to boil on medium heat per usage guidelines.

I only have one minor issue which arose this morning — there are two sharp points on the outside edge of the rim where the notch is cut, and one of them drew blood from my wife this morning as she was cleaning the pan. If those were rendered less likely to cut flesh, then I’d be able to give this five stars.

I don't have to worry about harmful chemicals leaching into my food and clean up is so easy. I am getting rid of my other traditional non-stick pans!
