The function of the ring is fine, but after just 6 days of wear, it’s already scratched and the gold is scraping off. I’ve been wearing it 24/7, but extra careful of what I’m doing and it still has happened. I understand and expect it after time, but more than just 6 days! I’m not sure if the silver would be better but then don’t offer the different finishes if they can’t hold up to everyday wear.

I had the heritage series 3 size 8. I didn’t like the sensors on that one so I got this one. I debated about size 8 or 9 cuz they both fit. I went with an 8 and it’s perfect

This was a gift for my daughter, she loves it! The OURA was supposed to be a surprise, but, it’s hard to surprise someone with a gift like this because you have to order the ring sizing kit $10 (Target gives you a gift card of $10 to use toward the purchase of the ring when you order it.) anyway, you have to have the correct ring size according to the OURA ring sizing kit, not a standard ring size. Like I said, my daughter was excited to receive it. She said it’s really pretty and comfortable. She’s glad she followed the instructions and wore the fitting rings for 24 to get the correct fit and figure out which finger she wanted to wear it on. I purchased her the Stealth black, It’s worth money for all that it does. Just know, you have to pay for a monthly subscription ($16.99+) in order to use the Oura ring. I highly recommend it especially if you like to keep track of health numbers and movement throughout the day. It’s better than wearing a watch to track your health and movement because the watch is like having your phone, calls, notifications, interruptions coming thru the watch, when you just want to tune out for a period of time. Get the OURA, it’s amazing, per my daughter. Excellent for runners!

It’s absurd to pay more for a color (rose gold, gold) when the product is made of the same material compared to other colors (silver). Also, not only do you pay significantly more for this ring than competitors, but there’s also a subscription fee. The Ultrahuman ring is more affordable and doesn’t charge you to use the product you’ve already paid for.

The information the rings gives you truly is incredible. I’m very info driven and this is very detailed. The BIGGEST problem with the Oura Ring is the battery. I had a generation 2 that had to be replaced 3 times in 2 years. I then bought this generation 4 and within just 3 short weeks, the battery took a crap and it had to be replaced. I’ve had it a few weeks and I’m just constantly worried it’s going to die again. You’re taking a risk buying this honestly. They have some serious work to do on their product until it’s great.

I was really excited about the Oura Ring Gen 4, and for the first two weeks, it worked great. I wore it to sleep, during workouts, and throughout my day, and the tracking seemed solid. However, out of nowhere, it disconnected from my phone and wouldn’t reconnect no matter what I tried. The ring just completely died. The worst part was the customer support—it was slow, unhelpful, and made the whole situation even more frustrating. I ended up returning the ring and going back to my Apple Watch, which has been far more reliable. I had high hopes for Oura, but this was a huge letdown.

I've had this ring for 2 months, and it's changed so much for me! I mostly purchased it to help me sleep better. Slowly, over time and with the help of the ring's suggestions, my sleep is improving. But there's so much more to it than that. Also very helpful is learning how many times out of the day I'm in high stress ... for no reason I can discern. So it's helped me make changes there as well. This was a truly great purchase in my arsenal of healing and creating health for myself.

Been about 6 weeks. I was bouncing through all the rings and decided to start at the top with oura. I'm happy with the purchase and will assume the defective ring (just processed a return) is just bad luck as every product is going to have some failures. I was impressed with the "activity detection". Based on what I know about my own sleep, I've come to trust the sleep information more, on what I didn't know. Looking forward to all the additional insights as I wear the ring longer. Ring also feels "tough" and nit fragile at all. I'm not a ring wearing person and don't mind this much

Have had it for 2 days so far and long story short… apparently I’ve walked 10 miles in only 6,000 steps somehow. So this thing must think I’m 8ft tall or something… unfortunately don’t think the accuracy will improve but got it through my HSA plan so might as well keep getting it a try. An Apple Watch is definitely more accurate. Look and feel are greet. Super comfy and honestly looks kind of cool. Really hope the accuracy improves but not optimistic. To anyone thinking of buying this - save your money.

It is very comfortable and very accurate. As a mom who wakes frequently in the night to care for a baby it’s nice to see my sleep stats and they are very accurate. It takes a week or so for the ring to “learn you” so give it some time. I have had it for 2 weeks now and I’m loving all the features. It comes with a charger and it charges very quickly. Syncs up to your phone app no issues you just need Bluetooth. Very easy to use. I much prefer this over my Apple Watch.

Have not taken it off since I got it. I got one for my reluctant husband too, he knows he doesn’t sleep well and doesn’t want a ring to tell him. But recently he’s started seeing improvements and loves it! The insight beyond just telling you some number, and customized recommendations are incredibly helpful. My stress level was super interesting as I map back to my meeting schedules - some meetings and people spike my stress! So I can be mindful, proactively take steps to mitigate and remain productive. I life weights daily and wear a glove to protect it, it’s working perfectly fine.

I’ve seen many good reviews on the Oura ring and talked to people personally and they’ve said how much they liked it. I purchased the Evie ring which is about $100-50 less than the oura ring and doesn’t come with a membership fee. However it does not give as much insight as an oura ring. I recently just decided to purchase the oura ring as they have come out with the gen 4. I wore it for a total of 5 days, one of the days in which I worked (I work retail), and my ring is completely damaged. After a few days I noticed some light surface level scratches but nothing to bad but after working for 3 hours at my job there is deep scratches into the ring. I did not have this issue with my Evie ring and am very careful overall. I even throughout my day was trying not to use the hand it’s on. With this being said I do not in anyway think it is worth $350 plus $69.99 for a yearly membership. I immediately am canceling my membership and returning the ring.

I have had Oura rings for years with no issues. Not sure if these other reviewers are old and not tech savvy but… 10/10, they also just updated the interface and it’s so helpful. Tracks steps, sleep, temperature. Give helpful tips for sleep and health related info. For women, menstruation is almost perfect on the date given to start period. Unlike any watches, you don’t have to charge this ring for 7 days at a time. Also…it does come with a charger, not sure how that other reviewer missed that. Only downside is micro scratches but that’s normal wear and tear of most jewelry.

I bought a ring but unfortunately it was stolen. They could not retrieve it??? I informed Oura via e mail and cancelled on my app they kept billing me....so I emailed them again and cancelled the whole app. Oura kept billing. I called the credit card company and blocked the payment from Oura. I was charged again,,,so I called the credit card company....Oura used a different IP address so the charge would go thru. I had to change my credit card number This is predatory billing. Don't buy
