Bought this as a gift for my husband, told me I could bring it back if it doesn't fit! Problem I bought it on Black Friday at a discount and it's the wrong size! They want to refund the $277 I paid and make me repurchase it! Same ring is now $449! Finally got someone to help me and received the confirmation it's the $349 shinny black ring and not the $449 stealth one I originally purchased! I know they'll not fix it. It took so long just to send this one! Very disappointed! I just want to exchange it for one size bigger. He wearing a 11 I bought an 11 but because of the bumps inside he needs a 12. Frustrating

This device is great, while it’s working. I paid 399.00 for a ring that wouldn’t hold a charge. Within the first 10 months it needed to be replaced. The company sent a replacement (a ring just placed loosely in a fed ex box) in a strange fashion. That one also stopped charging within 8 months. I sent another message to customer service and got nothing helpful in return. This ring is VERY expensive for the quality and the company is only partially responsive.

**11 month post-purchase review**. Oura Ring service/tech - phenomenal, hands down I recommend to every woman in my life. I spent too many years obsessed with closing my Apple Watch rings - with Oura, I was able to shift my mindset to wellness and understand that my body needed a break and I couldn't work out 7 days a week. I shifted to walking and Pilates and weights (during luteal phase) and I have never felt better. I thought there was a problem with my body - no matter how healthy I ate or how much I worked out, I never dropped in weight. Turns out I needed to listen to my body and the Oura ring helps me track that. I can make sure I am getting enough quality sleep, I can see how my cycle impacts my day, my stress levels etc. and this year I dropped literally 30 lbs by doing what I used to think was the opposite of what I needed. Oura has helped with my mindset shift and the insights are insane, and always getting better. The app has updated twice this year (no charge) and I reap even more benefits. 10/10 recommend. HOWEVER I did pay extra for the gold, as I am a gold jewelry girly, and be warned that it scratches like crazy so be cognizant of that. Also battery lasts about 3.5 days after 11 months on a single charge. GET THE SIZING KIT TOO I wanted to skip that because I was an eager beaver but thank god I didn't cause I was two sizes bigger than I thought.

The features of this ring are incredible. I love that I can track various health and sleep data passively, snd that it’s not a device that buzzes or makes noises for notifications like smart watches I’ve previously used. If you like notifications (like to stand/move/etc), you can set those through your smartphone push notifications. It’s much more lightweight than it looks. Long battery life.

Junk! Fake reviews on this and here is a real one. Scratches easy so don’t waste your money and it’s fat and uncomfortable. Bought it in mid July and hate it. It Sept and my return window has closed. My husbands can’t use the feature to find if lost Bec he has an android and it’s only for iPhones. It lies and tells you about how good sleep you had and I was not sleeping. If I could return both rings I would! Spent $1k and stuck with junk!

It has been officially 1 month since purchasing my Oura ring and I LOVE it! I’ve had an apple watch in the past and it was just always too bulky for me. This is perfect! It looks like a cute piece of jewelry. And it is SO light, I was shocked! I mostly got this to track my steps/workouts and I enjoyed it thus far. My only con is it does scratch easily and for $500 it really shouldn’t..that’s is my reason for 4 stars vs 5.

So far very happy with my ring. It took a while to get used to wearing as I don't usually wear much jewellery, but once I was used to it, it did just look like a plain gold ring. The data is very interesting and useful, it's cool to see the data verifying things that impact your sleep and I already felt myself making healthier decisions. Turns out the size I purchased was too big, so definitely recommend going with the smaller size if you're between sizes. I also realised I didn't love wearing it on my index finger, so when exchanged sizes I also opted for one that would fit on my middle finger instead. The exchange process was very smooth and quite quick (took around a week) considering I live in Australia.

I bought this ring and I wasn't happy with it, because the information collected are not in real time, the app presents information that are not given the reference values for your age, weight and height. I hope that in the near future the software will be improved. But the custom care team were very well intentioned and prompt.

The only negative side is, that It does not detect normal home workouts (with body weight or light weights), but it only detects when I do Hiit Workout.
