Great quality and it looks beautiful

I was hesitant to purchase this after reading some negative reviews, but the deal was just too good to not take a chance. I'm so glad I did!! First, the tent arrived very quickly and was packaged perfectly. When we put it together as a trial run for an event that was taking place 3 weeks later, we found that one of the parts was defective. I immediately emailed customer service and received a response right away (on a Saturday night to boot!). They offered an apology and immediately ordered the part, but let me know that shipping was running later than normal and the part would likely not make it in time for the event. I was offered a partial refund due to the inconvenience or I could return it for a full refund. I accepted the partial refund and was able to work around the defect using a temporary solution. Shortly after the event took place, I received a new part, along with extras. Throughout this process I emailed customer service several times and ALWAYS received a prompt response. It was a wonderful experience and I was so thankful for the kind, solution-focused responses I received. I would not hesitate to do business again with Aosom! Thank you so much for great experience.

We bought this for a party we were hosting incase we had inclement weather and also for shade. It worked very well for us. We did not end up having any rain, so we cannot testify to its ability to keep the rain off. It seems sturdy and was fairly easy to assemble (it takes at least 3 people) and disassemble. It is a beautiful tent and looks very nice.

These tents are awesome. I purchased 2-29' x 20' & put them side by side to make my weding party! I had a Wedding shower for 80 people.? I had them up for 8 days! no tears no bent poles! It did rain 2 of the 8 days it was up and no leaking. Shipped fast,packaged well! I was carefull to open the cartons, the nice loops that hold the walls up also held my light strings. It was also a nice backdrop for Photos!

Tent arrived much quicker than I thought and was very easy to put up. Quality was very good for the Price. My self and two helpers erected tent in less than 45 minutes.

We bought this tent for our wedding because it was cheaper than renting one. It was absolutely beautiful. My husband, father and brother in law put this tent up quickly without any issues. It couldn't have been more perfect. My guests are still raving and already planning our next event with our new tent.

The product is sturdy and spacious. Takes about 50 people. All needed pieces and robes are included. It was up in less than an hour. It surpassed our expectation.

Beautiful canopy! It was perfect for my son¡¯s prom party! We had a small hiccup that was took care of right away by customer service! If you¡¯re in doubt buy this one! I researched for two weeks before buying this canopy and I definitely made the right decision!

Well impressed with this marquee.. it arrived within 24 hours. Easy to put up (allow 2-3 hours) best with 3 adults helping. Rained heavily on the night of our party but drainage holes worked well. Strong material and well made. Highly recommend!

I've got the tent pitched in my backyard. It's purpose is to be able to host friends and family outside during COVID as the weather gets cold. + Had some real issues getting one of the four boxes delivered. After a few weeks' delay, it arrived. + As others have stated, setup was quite easy and quick + Looks really, really nice, especially if you string lights around for nighttime use + The single reason I cannot make this a 5-star: It is really, really bad in winds when they start to reach 15 mph. This is very hazardous and potentially damaging. I've got the poles locked into the ground and each one is tethered to a 10-pound paver stone and some are even additionally string to a post on my house. The tent has nearly gone airborne on multiple occasions, with half of it lifting off the ground. I've tried leaving the sides off and putting them all on. Same problem, though it seems worse when sides are off. To get through moderate to heavy wind, I'm required to remove any of the sides and detach the entire roof of the tent. I've learned how to quickly fasten it again. + Regarding rain: As others have stated, on moderate to heavy rain days, some water ends up dripping off the poles at the top of the tent and onto whatever is inside the tent. + Additional issues: Plastic clamp that holds the top and attaches at the bottom of the poles in one of the holes snapped (I've used a bungee cord to hold it down); Velcro ripped off one of the side panels due to wind (haven't determine yet how to solve). The tent has provided us with some great experiences thus far, though it's starting to break down after being up for a couple of months straight and dealing with all the elements. Hopefully it doesn't blow away! Maybe someone at Aosom has tips on how to get it to hold its ground better in the wind?

We bought this for an event that we were having at our house. The material is decent with no major issues. This is not a super heavy duty item. If you want this for commercial purposes Id look elsewhere. Seems are ok but you have to be careful and the metal poles bend very easily. Pretty easy to put up but not a one person job. Way cheaper than renting one of these, we will use ours again but I can't imagine it surviving more than about 3 or 4 uses.

Used for my daughters 1st birthday it was perfect very elegant and easy to setup! Instructions was very easy to understand very fast shipping!!!

We have loved the tent, and left it up for over 3 weeks in the Oklahoma wind and it did great. The sidewalls are great and can be configured in different positions. We had a small wedding and were able to fit 40 folding chairs under it (in two sections of 20 with an isle in the middle). The structure inside is great for hanging decorations. Takes at least 2 people to set up.

Ordered for a party my son had and even used it for a wedding. Love it and love how easy it is to put together.

An excellent value for the price. I work for a non-profit and we can't afford really expensive things - so this is an excellent buy for the price. Easy to assemble. Shipped quickly~

We bought this tent for our outdoor wedding and it worked perfectly for us. For a big tent, it was not terribly complicated to put together. It also is sturdy and well sewn. My only complaint is that it is not waterproof at all. We had a rain shower the night before the wedding and the rain dripped right through the top of the tent. Thankfully, it didn't rain again and the tent dried out quickly. It was just hard to decorate in the tent beforehand because it would have ruined our decorations. Otherwise, this was money well spent and cheaper than renting a tent in the long run.
