Q: I bought this same swing several years ago and the seat and back cushion have a zipper. This one says it doesn't. Will someone please double check because I can't buy it unless it has a zipper?

There was damage to the box which I assumed happened during shipping causing damages to the canopy and one of the parts was broken. No easy way to contact the seller to try and get replacement parts only. Only option was to return which would be a huge hassle so instead we are going to repair it. When we put the cushions on there were threads hanging out all over that we had to cut off. Parts of the frame had paint scrapped off. We wanted to love this swing and still like it just wouldn’t order again with no easy way to get replacement parts if it arrives damaged. Way too big to easily ship back.
