I received 3 huge boxes of parts. No manual or instructions. Screws and wrenches flying around in one of the boxes. No instructions on how to put anything together. Customer service promised twice they would be emailing the manual AS SOON AS IT DOWNLOADS. I'd suggest they look into some new computers. That was hours ago and nothing. No manual received. What a complete waste of a half day off work!

We love the dinning table, four lounge chairs and tables from Outsunny. It was difficult to find a dinning table for six that's quality, looks great at a solid price. I will continue buying their products in the future.
