Order arrived with only 3 of the 6 chairs, no assembly hardware, and no instructions. Thought it was purchased through Target, Target cannot help, because it is an Outsunny product. Now they are “looking into it.” And “it could take 2-3 weeks” if they can even find the missing chairs. But they gave kept the whole payment of course.
