Very comfortable & well made. Not expected - it needs to be sanded & oiled before leaving outside. It ships from the Target partner Aosom. I needed a replacement part & their customer service is off the charts amazing, plus rushed the shipping so I'd have it by Thanksgiving. Would give 10 stars if I could.
