The wood is soft and many pieces came splintered, cracking and dented. Several of the pre-drilled holes were too large for the screws. Assembly instructions were sparsely written. It does not sit level on the ground and wobbles. I am so glad I did not pay full price. I don’t expect this potting bench to survive beyond a full season. I expect it will further crack and split in moist or dry weather.

I am really impressed with this sturdy bench. The drawer came already assembled. The assembly was straight forward and took 90 minutes with my husband helping on occasion. ( holding the top shelf so I could screw it in) I’m Hoping it holds up well in the sun and rain only time will tell. I use this to put drinks, condiments and utensils on for barbecuing when I’m not potting plants on it. It’s a good size , a nice color, and seems like good quality especially for the price. Shipping was fast. I highly recommend this potting bench.
