I dislike the finish because it shows every mark including the few marks that it arrived with. I don’t think the finish would withstand multiple uses without acquiring additional marring on the surface.

It’s very easy to clean but be careful a little slippery when wet of course. I do like this plate and would recommend it for all your serving needs.

As a result I’m using it for decoration and it’s SO gorgeous and high end looking. It feels nice and weighty as well. I have it on top of a little cabinet and now I just need to add a little candle and some decorative balls and voila! I would highly recommend this for both the kitchen use as well as decor!

It is dishwasher safe, but due to the smooth finish, it is very easy to hand wash. It is a very beautiful piece to serve a variety of things like appetizers and desserts. I really like how modern looking this platter is and that you can mix and match with other pieces so easily. It is also microwave safe so you can easily heat something up if needed. I am really happy with the quality and wouldn’t mind adding other pieces from this collection.
