A: I bought a cup expander on Amazon that allows me to fit my 40oz owala. It does not let the bottle move or fall.

A: YES! As long as the lid is closed and the handle is locked down, it will not leak, even if dropped. I lay it on it's side on my passenger seat and it doesn't leak, even when I don't lock the handle down. We have used several sizes and I've been using the same two bottles for over 2 years with no issues!

This water bottle is truly one of the best purchases I have ever made. I used to only buy from Hydroflask because of the bottle's insulation feature. I was interested to see how this one would compare. It is really great for keeping my water cold for a super long time throughout the day! I also like that there is a regular opening as well as a straw. This water bottle also does not leak at all. Such a perfect water bottle and I would definitely buy it again.

I've waited a few months to leave a review just to see how it holds up and I've loved it! It arrived as described which im super happy about, I know a lot of people had their lids switched up so maybe they're double checking now. Also I saw quite a few reviews saying the button broke on theirs, after three months mines been totally fine. I really like the straw/chug option on it and the little handle. It's been years since I've bought a wagerbottle and I'm super happy I picked this one!

Owala is the next water bottle trend but I think this one is worth the hype. Not as heavy as a YETI and a bit more shapely than a hdyroflask. The best part of this bottle is the spout. You can take a gulp or sip from the straw. If you’re a passenger riding with with jerky driver, this one will not spill all over you. It is really hard to pick a color. Rainforest was sold for months. I happen to scroll online and noticed that that 32oz was in stock. Purchased mine right away. It makes the perfect gift for any occasion paired with the lululemon nano bag!

This was my first FreeSip Owala, and I completely understand the hype now. I love how secure it is, that it is completely leakproof, that the button has to be pressed to access the mouthpiece so you don’t have to worry about anything getting into your water or in your straw, and having the option to use a straw or chug water if I’m really thirsty. This has made a great work water bottle too, especially with the carrying handle !

We loved these bottles at first but issues started about 2-3 months after purchase with all three bottles we own. It is so hard to close and the lid takes up to 8 seconds to flip open if you don't pull it up yourself. Super annoying when you expect it to flip open immediately like when you first bought it, but it sticks a few seconds and smacks you in the face. I submitted a warranty claim before this review for benefit of the doubt but unfortunately was told that my bottles were functioning properly... Maybe I'm in the wrong thinking things should function pretty close to the way they did when they were purchased... I have tried reseating the gasket but that doesn't help with the issues and it doesn't matter whether they're freshly cleaned or not. There are plenty other companies out there willing back their products and honor warranties but Owala isn't one of them.

This is my third owalla bottle where the button pops off. Extremely frustrating to buy an expensive bottle and have it malfunction a week later. The first two were my kids, who I thought broke them or didn’t handle properly. Third was mine. Never dropped, washed as directed. And still had a button malfunction. This has to be a manufacturer problem. Surprised by the love of these. Did we get three lemons??
