Really loves this tumbler but the straw broke after only 2 days!? It just snapped in half. I tried to look for a replacement straw in store but couldn’t find one. Amazon had off brand replacement straws so I got some so I could use this tumbler again. Great cup, bad straws.

Ery stylish, comfy grip, fits cup holders. Thats all it gets, because it does NOT retain cold well. I can fill it with ice to the brim, then water, and add water once and the ice is gone. Even with a straw cover i purchased separately, the ice wont last until morning. I can buy a comparable Rtic for $10.00 cheaper and the Rtic will still have ice tomorrow afternoon. The construction of this cup also seems cheap amd I doubt it will last long. I'm definitely Very disappointed in this tumbler.10

Iam very disappointed in the functioning of this cup. It doesn’t keep my ice, my drink is cold but not ice cold. I can put ice in my Stanley (I know this isn’t a Stanly) and it will stay for 12 hours (ice). I really thought this cup would provide the same :( I will keep it but im not happy at all!

This is the second time I had to order this cup. The first one had no straw with it so I returned. I just received the second cup today and again no straw. Very annoying and a waste of time

After having mine for a couple years now.. best cup I have ever owned. I have to have ice cold drinks. This holds ice for days. Friday I put ice and by Monday (I forgot it at work) it is still cold and if it was full of ice then still have ice! I know have 5. Better than Stanley and yeti!

Owala cup is good, keeps liquids cold for a long time. Straw though is very cheap quality, first one I ordered the straw came snapped in half, replacement took almost a week to arrive.

Don’t waste your time buying this online. My first order arrived beat up, there was no padding in the box to buffer the cup, and the straw was missing. The second order arrived without a straw again. Customer support could provide no useful assistance and my only options are to return or exchange again with no guarantee I’d get the straw or a not beat up cup again.

It arrived without a straw and with dings on the metal. When I went to exchange it in person, they also didn't have straws. I do not recommend ordering this online, go and get it in person if possible.

The straw cracked within a few uses (I only washed by hand). The company said the straw is not included in the warranty so I will have to pay $7 more for a replacement straw. I’ve had an Owala 32oz bottle for years and have never had an issue with it.

This is the third time I’ve tried to ship or receive this cup curbside and it is always missing the straw. Sad because I love Owala, never have issues from their website but target has special colors! Target is not doing this brand justice!
