Despite the rave reviews, this bottle has been a huge disappointment. After 5 months of use the lid broke off completely. I filed a warranty with Owala. They refused to issue a replacement stating it was not due to a manufacturer or workmanship defect. I do not recommend spending your money on something that lasts a few months especially when the company will not make it right when their product fails. Look elsewhere for a durable bottle.

These are great water bottles. I have done tests with some of the major name brand water bottles and this one came out on top as far as keeping your drink cold. They thought of everything here, with the handle, as well as having two ways to sip. The price is a bit high and they have gone up since the last time I bought one. (I have multiple). But they always ship to me like they’ve been stored in an old dirty warehouse and sometimes they’ve come dented already or have dirt/dust on the silicone lid that doesn’t want to come off. I would recommend they keep them in the plastic sleeve in which they receive them. Otherwise, this is a great product.

Owala does not stand by their products, would not purchase again. My family has purchased four of these water bottles, and for three of them the cap broke. The recent one was only 4 to 5 months after purchasing, and they refused to replace under warranty. If you plan on purchasing for a child or if you are active with your water bottle, I would look elsewhere.

I love this water bottle. I like that you can use the spout or straw feature. The shape of the mouthpiece for the straw is better than the Stanley and Simple Modern. Might replace all my bottles with these. And it actually keeps the drinks cold
