OXO Silicone Whisk - Black/Red

Love them! Got these as a gift for my family for Christmas I can't wait to see them use them!

A nice kitchen gadget.. Only had a very tiny one. Will be a nice addition.

This black and red silicone whisk is great addition to my kitchen. It whisks well and looks stylish, matching my decor perfectly.

I Love It!! Makes Every Food Prep; Smooth!!! Very Easy To Clean! Just a bit Pricey, though.

I'm shocked at how poorly this whisk performs. The pieces are too floppy, and no matter how carefully you use it, it causes splashes outside of whatever container you are whisking in. It's nuts to have to try to go slow with a whisk just because it makes a mess - it defeats the intention of whisking. I hate this thing.

I enjoy a silicone whisk even more than a metal one and this one is sturdy! It’s a good medium size. I would buy a second one just to have an extra on hand.

Terrible quality, especially considering the price. I’ve bought this whisk from target TWICE and both times it has broken. The first time, it broke after 3 uses. The second time it broke after 1 single use. The red part with the actual whisk prongs literally detached from the handle both times. (By the way, I only used it to make caramel sauce in a nonstick ceramic saucepan on the stove, nothing crazy. Also, the handle is not heat resistant so if it happens to touch the side of your hot pan for even a single second, it will burn, leaving black rubber residue on your pan which will drip into your food or worse, your burner. After the first one broke I thought I’d give the same one a second chance because maybe the first one was just faulty. Now I’ll probably never buy an OXO product again. Can’t believe I wasted almost $30 on this.

Had to buy a silicone wisk to save the bottoms of my nonstick pans. Works great and easy to hold.

The handle is too heavy.

Good size and easy to clean but silicone coating break in just a year of usage.

Great design and silicone covering for this whisk. Just beware it is not as long as standard whisks. I found it too short to use when cooking with a gas stove.

Broke after brief use

I definitely recommend this whisk. Won't rust like my old whisk did! Use it all the time.

Liked the color and size.

Works well with my non stick cookware. Would like to see this product in other colors.

I loved this at first, and I'm not sure why, but after using it for a couple of months, the whisk pieces are bent out of place. I'm not sure if it got stuck in my drawer too many times, or because I put it in the dishwasher, but it just doesn't work well anymore. Maybe it's my fault, who knows. Whenever I try to use it, I splatter food everywhere because one piece isn't in line with the others.

This whisk was ok for a year or so. Not long after purchasing it, it became warped which was annoying though I'd just bend it back close to it's original shape. Now the silicone material is splitting so it's not safe to use on my Le Creuset and nonstick cookware. It also was taking up a lot of space in my small kitchen (which is no fault of the manufacturer, I'm aware). Maybe my expectations are too high for a $13 utensil.

Love it! So easy to clean too!

Need a new whisk with coated coils to use in my nonstick pans and this one does great.
