Q: I've used this several months. It is in good condition but the bristles are discolored - slightly yellow. Is there a way to get rid of the yellowing that is safe since this is used for food?

Q: What is the smallest bottle top opening it will fit through?

The dimensions of the brush are 2.5in Wide, 2.5in Deep so any bottle top opening that is within or larger than that range will fit the brush. I like it but after several months use, the bristles have turned yellow and I have tried to clean it with Dawn and also vinegar and baing soda, but yellowing remains. See that heads can be replaced, but Target doesn't sell them. Oxo sells a 2 pack for 6.99 but have to spend an additional $42.01 for free shipping. :(

Great brush; however, as some other reviewers mentioned, the brush piece broke off from the handle of the brush. This happened to me while the brush was inside of a bottle, so it was kind of a pain to try to get it back out. I superglued it on and now it seems a lot sturdier.

Paid extra for the "steel" version which I didn't want but it was the only version in stock. Steel handle separated from the plastic head after a few uses.

This was the best bottle brush until it broke. I super glued it & it worked fine for a few months but just broke again! Glue doesn’t seem to work anymore. I am so bummed. We wash a lot of reusable water bottles & it’s been hard to find a brush that lasts & works well. I thought this was it but am so disappointed.

Excellent brush. I clean my babies bottles with this and it's by far the best brush iv tried. It lasts a long time compared to the typical cheap bottle brushes and works great in place of your dish sponge. Iv gone through 4 now and about to get the 5th. Only thing is I wish the tip didn't get rounded after few months. It seems to round out and not get the edges twd the replacement time but I use daily multiple times so I guess its pretty expected. Also the bristles are soft so I don't worry about scratches being made. I highly recommend for those with babies.
