I've been looking for a good everyday cheese planer to be the backup to our old, existing one we got in a Hickory Farms gift package once. Nothing beats that perfect wood handled one but this one comes closer than I've ever found since. The resulting cheese slices on this one are very thin. We can live with that and are already using this kitchen staple daily.

I often buy large blocks of cheese for a charcuterie board and it takes forever slicing and dicing. Not anymore! This gadget works wonders and I can have my items sliced up, evenly and on the table in under ten. Love it!

I had one of those wire cheese slicers, but the wire would keep breaking. I decided I didn’t want to keep replacing it and would rather buy something more durable, so I got this instead. It’s extremely easy to use and glides smoothly. Also very easy to clean and fits over the blocks of cheese you get at the store. We use it almost every day, so it gets a lot of use. Oxo is a brand I’ve come to really like, and I feel like it’s one that holds up over time

I gave away a very expensive cheese plane in favor of this one. It's sharp, glides through hard and semi-hard cheeses and goes in the dishwasher. What's not to love?

OXO brand is my favorite for many kitchen utensils! This cheese slicer is the best!!!! Works wonders!! I haven’t tried it on softer cheese, but it works fabulous on harder cheese! I love the simplistic design! I highly recommend!!
