The sauce was separated and frozen; even after thawing, it was liquid, not a sauce. The egg roll was disgusting and lack flavor. the meat tasted like boiled meat and you cant even taste the veggies. Will not be purchasing again.

I tried these because my usual egg rolls were sold out, and these... didn't hit the mark. I like eggrolls a LOT and mini egg rolls sounded fine as a substitute. They were not. The first time I made them, they turned out hard. The next time I made them I made sure to not leave them in as long (shorter than even the recommended time allowance), and the were softer, but nothing could be done about the taste... These just didn't taste good to me either time I made them. I'm probably not going to buy these again.

The wrapping is like biting into cardboard, filling is about what you’d expect from frozen egg rolls, but the true culprit is the sauce. Literally tastes like cleaning chemicals. Avoid !!!!

Taste and texture is horrible if you need ginger buy this not roll. You can’t taste anything else except ginger and the roll doesn’t even get crunchy its roll wrapper is chewy.
