Just want to inform prospective buyers - this is not a 4-pack of the usual 32 oz. broth containers. It is a TOTAL of 32 oz. You will be paying top dollar for a four pack of 1 cup containers. Disappointed in the description. The quality of the product is otherwise very good.

Great small package for individual use. I liked it being low sodium, but it seemed more like no - sodium. Great for a base, but not to drink on its own as a warm pick me up. For that, I use the full sodium version.

It has sugar and flavoring added. There are definitely better broths.

Hi Momof3. We do add a small amount of organic cane sugar to this broth. It's such a small amount it does not register as even 1 gram, but it's added as a food safety indicator. If, by some odd chance bacteria survived our heating process, the bacteria would consume any available sugar/carbohydrates in the product and then make the package bloat (or the pH drop) to indicate spoilage. I really love this brand of chicken broth. The taste is delicious even though it’s low sodium. The 8oz size is great for many recipes so I am not wasting an entire 32oz carton of broth.

I really enjoy this broth because there are no artificial flavors and not too much salt. Many broths are way too salty and I can't fully use them as a substitute, bit this one seemed just right! This broth doesn't do that and makes my soup clear. And since it's low sodium I can adjust the flavors to my liking. I start using this from now on.

I primarily cook my chicken in a crockpot with some chicken broth and spices. I really like this particular broth because the taste is excellent and I do not feel guilty about using it since it is organic with low sodium levels. If you choose not to spice your chicken the flavor is good enough on its own as well. Overall, super great product and I will continue to use.
