@the_quarantined_shopaholic I have been slacking! But I'm back. I had a pacificabeauty haul & I'm so sad to say this is the only product I can rave about. Pacifica really speaks to my inner 13 y/o & the libra in me. They really get me with their BEAUTIFUL packaging and their ideologies. I want to love all their products. If you've read my previous posts you know I recently made the switch to #aluminumfree #naturaldeodorant (still loving schmidtsnaturals and it's STILL working btw). During my transition, I started using pacificabeauty Coconut & Charcoal Underarm Detox Scrub - I LOVE IT! Whhhhyyy did I not try this sooner!? The purpose of this exfoliant is to get rid of the gunk that builds up in your pits. It is marketed as a detox to make the transition to natural deodorant easier but I really think anyone could use it. I wish I had used it the whole time I used aluminum deodorant. Maybe it's just because I use bar soap but I swear I could scrub my pits forever before this product and the deodorant residue would still be there. NOT ANYMORE! I've used this #armpitdetox everyday for almost 2 months. I could tell the difference right away. Only recently though do I feel like all the old deodorant is out of my pores. I don't know how to explain this other than to say before I could go to bed without putting on deodorant and I wouldn't stink in the morning. Now, I can't go an hour without putting on deodorant or I stink (I'm a night showerer to put that in context). This exfoliant is not like the oily, gritty, sugar body scrubs I've used in the past. It's got more of a creamy texture. It's rough enough that I wouldn't use it on my face but gentle enough that my armpits aren't red or irritated. It isn't greasy, if anything it's actually kind of drying. It's $15 for 7 oz. After 2 months of using it every single day, I have over half the jar left. This is a really great product. I will definitely purchase it again and recommend it to everyone.
