Q: how do I assemble the frame for this

A: Step 1: Tie the ends of the cording in knots and lay it into the frame’s cutaway — this will be the upper back piece of the frame! -HELPFUL HINT: If you’d like, add a bit of glue to help keep the cording in place on the frame. Step 2: Unscrew four of the screws. Then, take the second frame and thread the screws through — this is the upper front piece of the frame! Step 3: Next, thread the top of your canvas through the screws. Step 4: Now, place the upper front piece of the frame with the canvas and screws — connect them with a screwdriver. Step 5: To assemble the bottom portion of the frame, thread the remaining screws through the holes, your canvas, and the last slot on the frame — screw together.

I loved painting by the numbers with my 5 year old son. It was so fun and basically fail proof. I do wish it included at least two brushes but aside that, I definitely recommend it.

I bought this for my son and we worked on it together. It can be improved. For one, I want a tiger with its actual colors. Second, consider including better quality brush, and more than one. Third, the canvas quality should be better. I would buy again.

I enjoyed painting this tiger. You have to make sure to paint another coat to block the numbers from showing. I only went back and did it on the more lighter colors. If you have toothpicks use them especially around the whiskers. I did not have toothpicks so coloring the thin and small areas around the whiskers was very hard
