Hard to get used to after 25yrs of having the hole and all of a sudden it's gone. Until this is available, I will stick to the regular p. o. t. choices. If these had the hole, they would have gotten 5 stars from me.

Sometimes the twins get a little sore if I’m active from constantly being knocked around and these keep things in place but separated. So far, 10/10 and I would buy again.

Pouch is great once I carefully cut out the mesh side panels. Love the wide waistband, never rolls. I like the extra room in the pouch without it. The stretch keeps them in place and they don’t ride up the thighs. Well done
