Q: Why is this not working? After asking a 2, I have not rec'd a response from Palmers. Where are you, Palmers? I DO NOT recommend this product. Used it since 7/25/2021 until now 10/7/2021....exactly 2 1/2 months.

Palmer's used to be a go-to for my dark spots and was the only product I needed. I used it for years and always was able to keep my skin flawless and clear in a short amount of time. Now, without the hydroquinone, it's just another beauty product that promises big and doesn't deliver. I've bought several jars and see very little improvement over months of use wher one jar used to be enough. Unfortunately, this one is a hard break-up for me.

Our 5% Niacinimide formula also uses a concentrated blend of Vitamin C, Japanese Songyi Mushroom and Retinol and has shown strong clinical results in as little as 2 weeks of use (the average timeframe you could anticipate seeing results using hydroquinone). Depending on your skin, however, you may see more visible results with regular use at 6-8 weeks with our new Niacinimide formulation. It is also very important to use sunscreen daily to help protect against sun damage which can cause skin to re-darken. Also, if you are not seeing results with this formula, we recommend trying our new 10% niacinamide Extra Strength collection for stubborn discoloration. It is hard to place on a spot and run in. It spreads to other areas and it’s hard. The cream feels soft in the jar and then when you put it on your face it feels rough. It leaves a white cast. I purchased this because I ran out of the serum and the store didn’t have it, they only had this cream. The serum is soft, works well ( I saw a significant difference!! ), it stays in place and feels creamy. It doesn’t leave a white cast and I can use it under my moisturizer. I wish I could get a refund for the cream.

I bought this product about 2 weeks ago and it really is doing wonders on my skin. I have super oily and sensitive skin, so I was a bit worried especially considering how thick the product is. Turns out I was worried for nothing. I've noticed a lot of improvement. Acne scars are fading. My face isn't greasy after use which I absolutely love. I just put my friend and cousin on!

I’ve been using this for about 2 months now and have noticed my skin looking brighter and more even. I mainly wanted to fade some freckles and age spots that I have on my face, shoulders and upper back. It’s really done a great job. The cream is a little thick so I do apply it with an oil or serum to help it smooth on better. Thank you Palmers for making another product that does what it supposed to do. I’ve trusted Palmers to prevent stretch marks for 3 pregnancies and I’ve never had a single stretch mark. I’m extremely pleased and satisfied and I’ve gotten better results with Palmers than I have from any other more expensive brand.

Palmer's has been used in our family since I can remember and I wanted to try something stronger in addition to cocoa butter to fade scars and blemishes. I have tried the Palmer's Fade Milk before and though effective, it was extremely oily against my skin so I stopped using it because I couldn't stand the greasy feel. I recently looked into seeing if Palmer's continued to make the fading products and was happy to see that there was a cream version. I can already see a difference and it's barely been a week. That being said, I only put it on before bed because I cannot stand the smell!!! It smells like crotchety old woman perfume... I'm not sure why a scent is even necessary with these types of products. I read the other reviews from others stating that they wished Palmer's went back to the old formula. I'm not sure what the old formula consisted of, before my time, but if it didn't have the crotchety old woman perfume smell, then I'd have to agree.

I have sensitive, acne prone skin, and I bought this to fade my leftover acne scars, as the product claims it’s for all skin types. The second I put it on my face, it burned my skin. It might be the unnecessary fragrance in it. Save your money.

This cream doesn't really do anything thing; it certainly doesn't fade dark spots or even out skin tone in any way. On the jar it says that this cream is light enough to put on under makeup. This cream is so heavy and thick; literally like an instant gross hot flash, most definetly can't wear this in the summer, your face (or wherever you apply it, would melt off. Ugh. So not impressed; doesn't even smell good. Level Down.
