Q: Mine keeps lighting up and saying "sound detected" when no one is in or near the room and no sounds have been made at all. Why is this? Also why does it have bars in the corner when it is no WiFi?

submitted by Akdm - 2 years ago
  • A: Hello! You can adjust the sensitivity of the sound sensor: Press [ MENU ] Press the arrow up ▲ or down ▼ button to select "Sensor Settings" Press [ OK ]. Press the arrow up ▲ or down ▼ button to select "Sound sensitivity" Press [ OK ]. Press the arrow up ▲ or down ▼ button to select the desired setting. Change Setting Options from “High : all sounds” to High/Mid/Low: baby sounds ( This reduces false detections from sounds other than your baby’s voice by reducing these sounds from the surrounding area) Press [ OK ]. Press [ MENU ] repeatedly to exit. Hope this helps! -M
