Very disappointed this is not a true board book. I was so excited this story was available as a board book to read to my infant. Unfortunately, all the inserts are simply paper which will be torn immediately by little hands. Parents usually buy board books which are hardy against little hands before they are ready for paper pages. Sadly I won’t be able to share this book with my baby for several years. Manufacturer should have made inserts a tougher material or laminated. They are as thin and fragile as office paper.
